 Hello! Welcome to my personal website. My name is Kaiser, and I am a PhD candidate at the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) of Rutgers University Newark.  I also teach at the Department of Public Administration, University of Chittagong, Bangladesh, and have been studying for my doctoral degree with an official study leave.
